How the Course Is Structured
50 Hours Pre Repertoire Theory
Complete this phase online at your own pace through videos, readings, tutorials, and interactive tasks. You will build your anatomical knowledge, movement principles, and teaching foundations before attending the in person training.
30 Hours In Person Practical Training
A comprehensive, hands on Reformer intensive where you will learn the full Reformer repertoire in a live studio setting. This includes detailed exercise breakdowns, technique coaching, safety considerations, spring options, regressions, progressions, and supervised teaching practice.
This in person component allows you to feel the work, ask questions in real time, refine your technique, and gain confidence teaching under guidance.
45 Hours Pre and Post Course Mastery
Structured practice, reflection, and feedback tasks designed to deepen your teaching skills, refine your movement quality, and prepare you to confidently teach clients and group classes.
