How the Course Is Structured
50 Hours Pre Repertoire Theory
Complete this phase online at your own pace through videos, readings, tutorials, and interactive tasks. You will build your anatomical understanding, movement principles, and teaching foundations before attending the live Zoom practical training.
30 Hours Live Zoom Practical Training
A comprehensive, interactive Mat Pilates intensive delivered live via Zoom. You will learn the full Mat repertoire in real time, including detailed exercise breakdowns, technique coaching, safety considerations, regressions, progressions, layering options, and supervised teaching practice.
This live component allows you to move, teach, receive feedback, ask questions in real time, and develop confidence leading Mat classes, all within a supportive virtual environment.
45 Hours Pre and Post Course Mastery
Structured practice, reflection, and feedback tasks designed to deepen your teaching skills, refine your movement quality, and prepare you to confidently teach Mat Pilates to real clients and classes.
As part of your final practical assessment, you will submit a 12 to 15 minute teaching video delivering a Mat class to a minimum of three participants. This allows you to demonstrate your cueing, sequencing, presence, and ability to lead a safe and engaging session in a real world setting.
The Nuvra Approach
This course is not about memorising sequences. It is about understanding the body, mastering movement, and learning how to teach with clarity and intention.
You will be supported, guided, and challenged throughout the process so you graduate feeling genuinely ready to step into a class environment, whether online or in person.
Graduate as an instructor who feels truly ready.
Ready to cue. Ready to lead. Ready to stand out.
