How the Course Is Structured
50 Hours Online Theory
Complete this phase online at your own pace through videos, readings, tutorials, and interactive tasks. You will build a strong foundation in anatomy, movement principles, and teaching methodology before attending the in person training.
60 Hours In Person Practical Training
A comprehensive, hands on training experience covering both Mat and Reformer Pilates. You will complete in person intensives that focus on exercise breakdowns, technique coaching, safety considerations, regressions, progressions, and supervised teaching practice across both modalities.
This practical component allows you to refine your technique, receive real time feedback, and develop confidence teaching in a live studio environment.
90 Hours Self Mastery and Teaching Practice
Structured practice, reflection, observation, and feedback tasks designed to consolidate your learning, build teaching confidence, and prepare you to work with real clients and classes.
