How the Course Is Structured
50 Hours Pre Repertoire Theory
Complete this phase online at your own pace through videos, readings, tutorials, and interactive tasks. You will build your anatomical understanding, movement principles, and teaching foundations before attending the in person training.
30 Hours In Person Practical Training
A comprehensive, hands on Mat Pilates intensive where you will learn the full Mat repertoire in a live studio setting. This includes detailed exercise breakdowns, technique coaching, safety considerations, regressions, progressions, layering options, and supervised teaching practice.
This in person component allows you to feel the work, refine your technique, ask questions in real time, and develop confidence teaching on the mat.
45 Hours Pre and Post Course Mastery
Structured practice, reflection, and feedback tasks designed to deepen your teaching skills, refine your movement quality, and prepare you to confidently teach Mat Pilates to real clients and classes.
