Finishing a Pilates course is exciting, but stepping into studios can feel daunting. Many instructors leave their training knowing the exercises, but still feeling unsure about programming flow, cueing, confidence and how to hold a room.
The Nuvra Evolve Mentorship bridges the gap between qualification and real-world teaching.
This program is open to Nuvra graduates and instructors trained elsewhere who want extra guidance, refinement and support as they transition into professional teaching.
The Nuvra Evolve Mentorship is a four-week, personalised mentoring experience designed to help instructors refine their teaching skills and gain an edge when approaching studios.
No two mentorships look the same. Each program is tailored to the instructor’s individual strengths, gaps, goals and teaching environment.
Upon completion, instructors receive an
Evolve by Nuvra Studio Readiness Certificate, recognising their commitment to continued development and practical teaching readiness.
What Is the Nuvra Evolve Mentorship
• Initial 1:1 consult to assess your experience, goals and focus areas
• One weekly 1:1 Zoom mentoring session
• Unlimited messaging support throughout the mentorship
• One 1-hour in-person session (Brisbane)
• Programming feedback and class structure refinement
• Cueing, flow, confidence and stage presence coaching
• Support with regressions, progressions and client modifications
• Studio-readiness guidance for auditions, trials and real-world teaching

• Have recently completed a Pilates qualification
